Because Frame is a preorder item, you may cancel anytime before shipping for a full refund. Once orders begin shipping, returns will be accepted on unused items within 30 days.

Once we've received your return, please allow 7 days for processing. After we've released your refund, it may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Airos is backed by a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, and Frame by a 1-year warranty — both covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use. They don’t cover damage from water or moisture exposure, drops, or other accidental damage. Full warranty terms are included in your user manual, or email us at info@elementsplantproducts.com with your order number if you run into an issue.
